We can ship nationwide, with the exception of some remote islands and other non-delivery areas. (International shipping is available for discussion.)
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We will repair any damage caused by manufacturing defects that occur within this period free of charge. (Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
We will provide paid repairs for the following cases. (We will provide a quote depending on the situation.)
• Deformation/discoloration due to aging
• Damage from carelessness or improper use
• Product defects resulting from a disregard for foreign laws or environments
• Phenomena that occur as a result of using the product (e.g., dents in carpets or floors, color transfer from fabric)
• Discoloration in a sunny location (direct sunlight), or rust in environments exposed to sea breezes
• Deformation/discoloration due to excessive humidity or dryness from air conditioning or humidifiers
• Scratches (deformation) or stains (discoloration) from physical contact after delivery, or damage/accidents during relocation or transport
• Deformation/damage/accidents caused by remodeling, such as DIY, by a third party other than UN-P
